1. Service description

OnwardReady provides personalized reservation-document preparation for flight itineraries and hotel stays. Documents are not paid airline tickets and do not grant boarding, visa approval, entry or accommodation.

2. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate names, routes, dates, contact information and requests. You are responsible for confirming requirements imposed by airlines, hotels, embassies, immigration authorities and other third parties.

3. Availability

Airline, cabin, schedule and hotel requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

4. Delivery

Immediate processing starts after payment verification. Scheduled delivery uses the selected timezone and remains unavailable before the scheduled time.

5. Payment

Prices and additional fees are shown before payment. An order may remain pending until the payment provider verifies the transaction.

6. Corrections

Contact support immediately when order information is incorrect. Correction availability and charges depend on the order status.

7. Acceptable use

The service may not be used for fraud, identity misuse, unlawful entry, misrepresentation or any prohibited activity.

8. Third-party decisions

OnwardReady does not control decisions made by airlines, hotels, payment providers, embassies or immigration authorities.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for an affected service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
